- Stylish Suppressor
- No Tracer Functionality
- Cosmetic Damage
This suppressor once contained a tracer unit and had a tank for mist functionality, but these have both been removed. It is now just a stylish suppressor with a lack of bells and whistles, but it's ready to be the bell or whistle to add to your primary platform!
Some residue of mist fluid from its past days may be found internally, and slight cosmetic damage can be seen externally, but overall it is clean, gutted of its old internals and has a perfectly good thread ready to meet the one on the end of your barrel.
There are multiple of this item in stock - Please note that because of this there are differing external damage examples between them including slightly loose bases and cracked tracer caps etc..
- Brand new & unused
- No guarantee of full functionality
- No warranty - The price reflects this!
These CYMA/EMG CM.102 SGR-12 Tri-Shot Shotguns found their way to the Boneyard due to generally poor quality control. These are brand new guns, unused and never shot but we can make no guarantees of proper functionality. As with all Boneyard items, these do not have a warranty and are sold as spare parts, wall hangers or props.
For a detailed product description and more specifications, view the original CYMA EMG CM.102 SGR-12 product.
- Mock Bullets
- Missing Baseplate
- TM Compatible
This magazine has hit our Boneyard missing its baseplate. It features a durable polymer construction and is compatible with most AR/M4/M16 platform rifles, including standard Tokyo Marui-style replicas. Ideal for a simple repair, parts donor, or budget build.
- Incorrect threading
- Spring Core
- Aluminium Made
This suppressor has hit our Boneyard with incorrect threads, both ends sharing the same thread type rather than one of each - though a tech-savvy player may still be able to restore it. Made from lightweight aluminium, it’s foam-filled with a spring core to help reduce muzzle report and keep BBs from fouling the internals. A great option for custom builds or hiding an inner barrel extension if you’re happy to take on a repair.
- 27rnd Capacity
- Cracked Base plate
- Green gas magazine
Boneyard item, arrived with a cracked baseplate but appears functional, making it suitable for parts or restoration use. It features alloy construction with polymer feed lips, a steel spring, and brass valves, and is designed for WE and Armourer Works Desert Eagle GBB platforms only. It includes realistic detailing such as mock witness windows and is compatible with green, red, and summer gas. Loading is via the feed lips using a speed loader with a GBB adapter.
- Reticle switch broken
- Semi-functional
- Ideal prop
If you're looking for a reflex sight to throw onto one of your replicas and don't mind that you're unable to switch the style of the reticle - then this boneyard may be for you. From our testing, the red dot does turn on with the variable power dial working as intended however when we attempted to switch reticles, the lever was quite loose and had no positive clicks between the options and the reticle didn't change so it's stuck on the normal red dot setting. We're not sure if elevation and windage adjustment works so this would work better as a prop.
- Missing box
- Missing parts
- Non-functional
The listing price reflects the unknown condition and untested status of this item. Boneyard products are sold as seen and do not include a warranty as laid out in our Boneyard Terms and Conditions. Consider this carefully before making your purchase.
- Missing packaging
- Lock-Back issues
- Marked & scratched
This Vorsk VMP magazine has ended up in our boneyard due to having issues with locking back on certain VMP models - we're not sure which models are affected though no harm in trying this magazine out with your own! We will note that the magazine is missing its packaging alongside the magazine having some cosmetic wear.
- Missing box
- Sluggish cycling
- Missing slide
The listing price reflects the unknown condition and untested status of this item. Boneyard products are sold as seen and do not include a warranty as laid out in our Boneyard Terms and Conditions. Consider this carefully before making your purchase.
- Fully-Functional
- Glass cover missing
- 250 Lumens on low power, 890 lumens on high!
This XH35 torch from WADSN has found its way into our boneyard due to a few issues; first of which is the glass contained within the housing is nowhere to be seen - we're not sure what's happened to it or how its disappeared but this can be an easy fix by using a diffuser to go over the housing to protect the LED. We also noticed during testing that the torch will default to high power mode regardless if you set it to high or low then after 2-3 seconds, it'll transition to a low brightness setting.
Obviously something isn't right electronically with this torch so this will need looking into however if you'd rather use the low setting anyways, the strobe does work though it only turns on after the high to low transition has finished.
- Broken feed lips
- Leaks
- Marked & scratched
This magazine made for Golden Eagle gas replicas has ended up in our boneyard due to a multitude of issues - first of which is the feed lips from the base of the component is damaged/broken off so this will need replacing if you're wanting to use this magazine. Before you do this though, we also recommend investigating a leaking issue and see if it's repairable otherwise this magazine is probably better as a prop or parts donor. That being said, it is quite worn so in general this magazine is in desperate need of TLC.
- Broken shell
- For Double Eagle MWS
- Leak-free
If you've got a spare polymer magazine shell lying around or you're needing to source replacements parts for your own, this Double Eagle Pmag-style MWS magazine will suit either role perfectly! The main issue is the rear of the polymer body has been smashed in some sort of fashion meaning it'll have issues with fitting and feeding if you was to use it as is - the internals however appear to be fine and it does hold gas so it could be a perfect parts donor for your broken mag or quite literally just transfer the body over.
- Leaking
- Missing baseplate spring
- For Double Eagle MWS
This magazine from Double Eagle has ended up in our boneyard due to it leaking from the gas reservoir - it seems that it's leaking from the front roll pin that connects the reservoir to the distribution channel that vents gas through to the knocker valve so this could be a damaged pin or gasket, we're not sure.
- Sock broken
- Leaky magazine
- Potential project/hanger
Looking for a GBB MAC-11 replica and know a thing or two about gas maintenance alongside repairing furniture? This boneyard may be the one for you! From what we can tell, the gas magazine is leaking with a hissing noise coming from the gas router so most likely the internal O-rings within the knocker valve have dried up or are damage so this will need investigating. The stock is also broken so this will need looking into to see if it can be salvaged or potentially finding a replacement for.
- Missing majority parts
- Locked gearbox
- Wires get warm
This replica has been in our boneyard for an undetermined amount of time - due to this, we're not entirely sure where it's come from and its original faults though we don't really have to do much investigating to find out what's wrong...
The stock, entirety of the barrel assembly and potentially some other smaller stuff is missing from the replica with the original box is also nowhere to be seen. Plugging a battery into the replica first results in nothing; this is due to weak wiring that hooks up to the fuse - securing these wires presents us with a locked gearbox which inadvertently is causing the wire loom to become warm so we recommend investigating this gearbox issues before trying anything else.
Due to these issues, we can only see this as a parts donor or even a cursed build for those adventurous.
- Missing slide lock
- Wobbly compensator
- Marked & scratched
This replica has found its way into our boneyard due to a few issues, first of which being that the external hammer is sitting up too high in its cocked position - what this ultimately means that the slide is being caught by it which when manually racking the slide will get stuck; we can only presume that if the missing slide release was to be replaced, it would still cause performance issues so this will need investigating.
We also noticed that the compensator is quite wobbly despite the screw being secure so we're not too sure what's happening here - we will also note that the screw holding the compensator is slightly stripped so it's quite difficult to tighten and loosen this screw so we recommend replacing this part if you was to purchase this replica.
- Feeding issues
- Inconsistent FPS
- Externally mint
This replica has found its way into our boneyard due to a feeding issue - we're not entirely sure why this is happening though best guess is that the loading nozzle is getting stuck sometimes and won't properly seal when cycling, causing some BBs to sometimes roll out of the inner barrel. Given this issue, it's also causing inconsistent FPS per shot so this will need looking into if you're wanting to repair this replica for your own use.
- Parts missing
- Marked & scratched
- Hammer issues
This replica has found its way into our boneyard due to a couple of reasons; first of which is this replica only does full auto - this is most likely from a hammer issue which will need to be rectified. There's also quite a few accessories/parts missing from the box and the replica such as components from the hop unit, the foam inside the box as well as the magazine and potentially more parts. Ultimately if you want a parts donor then this replica may be the one for you!
- Broken sear
- Heavily used
- Potentially missing parts
This replica has eventually found its way into our boneyard after serving its previous owner extensively through the thick and thin of their airsoft journey - this is evident through how used the externals look to be and the fact that the sear has given out. This should be a simple replacement if said replacement can be found - we will also note that the safety is twisted and part of the lever has snapped off.
Apart from this, majority of the accessories are still present though aren't exactly safe due to the box being quite damaged so we recommend that if you plan to repair this replica, to pair the bundle with a new case or box.
- Needs TLC
- Missing parts
- Weak cycling
This replica has ended up in our boneyard due to a reinforcement insert going missing for the slide lock - this was due to a screw that has since broken which was keeping this part in placed. What you'll see from this is the slide lock is quite hard to engage manually though we had little issue releasing the slide when testing. One thing quite obvious with this replica from the provided pictures is the replica is in major need of TLC with various marks & scratches alongside the two tone paint being heavily worn.
- Marked & scratched
- Mag release missing
- Non-functional
This replica has landed in our boneyard in a non-functional state; as far as we can tell, it seems the mosfet may have fried itself potentially from short circuiting as the wires look to be quite beaten up however we cannot guarantee that this is the case and something else may be at play that is making this replica unusable. Alongside this, the replica is quite beaten up externally with various marks and scratches across the entirety of the replica. The magazine release is also missing so a replacement should be sourced.
- Parts missing
- Untested
- Potential project/donor
This replica has landed in the boneyard due to missing parts - we're not sure how or why they're missing but it's an issue if you're wanting to use this replica as the housing for the trigger/hammer group is nowhere to be seen and this is needed to keep the spring-tensioned parts together (racking the replica will launch these components out of the replica). With this missing part in mind, we cannot guarantee that nothing else has gone missing and simply replacing this part may not result in a functional replica.
The mode selector (3 and 6 shot selector) cover is also missing alongside the actual lever to select between these two so we recommend looking into finding replacements for either (the lever being more necessary over the cover).
Ultimately given the potential for additional missing parts due to the trigger/hammer housing going missing, you could use this as a parts donor if you have a KSG yourself but it's current in dis-repair; alternatively if you have worked on this replica before then it could be something to rebuild as a project given you're getting this boneyard at an amazing price!
- Missing parts
- Non-functional
- Damaged wiring
This replica has been in our boneyard for an undetermined amount of time - due to this, we're not entirely sure where it's come from and its original faults though we don't really have to do much investigating to find out what's wrong...
We can immediately rule out of any possible functionality as the wire loom looks to have been cut/melted right at the sling plate position - due to this, we obviously can't verify the health of the gearbox internally. The rest of the replica also looks like it's been through hell with the entirety of the replica being heavily worn with marks and scratches. There's also some parts missing including the buffer tube, stock, flash hider, magazine and potentially some other stuff.
- ETU Problem
- Missing mag
- Heavily worn
This replica has been buried in our boneyard for an uncertain amount of time and has finally made its way onto our listing page! From what we know, the ETU is dysfunctional where when you connect a battery, it'll beep once every 5 seconds which doing some research doesn't really give us any details on what the error is though we can only assume given the replica will not fire that the ETU is dead in some fashion.
With this in mind, the replica is heavily worn and missing its magazine so it's in dire need of some TLC. The original box is nowhere to be seen either so it's supplied in a standard cardboard box with limited padding so be wary that we cannot guarantee that something may break off during transport (G&G's are known to be robust in build quality so we doubt this will be the case anyways).
- Broken stock
- Loose selector
- Missing magazine
This replica has found its way into our boneyard due to a couple of issues; first of which is the stock tab has broken off so if you were to throw a battery into the stock and attempt to secure it, the butt plate will fall off with the lightest amount of friction forced on it. The fire selector is also wobbly on the right side of the replica (the ambi side) so this will also need figuring out as tightening the screws results in no change.
Finally, the magazine is missing so a replacement should be sourced if you're wanting to use this replica but don't have access to M4 style magazines. Despite these issues, the replica sounds fine whilst dry firing but we cannot guarantee that it'll be flawless and there isn't any other hidden faults.
- Misfeeding issues
- Loose selector
- Missing magazine
This replica has found its way into our boneyard due to a couple of issues; first of which is the fire selector is wobbly on the right side of the replica (the ambi side) so this will also need figuring out as tightening the screws results in no change. It was reported that this replica had misfeeding issues - having a quick glance into the hop chamber presented us with an exposed rubber that looks to be almost halfway through the the unit so this may be the source of the problem.
Finally, the magazine is missing so a replacement should be sourced if you're wanting to use this replica but don't have access to M4 style magazines. Despite these issues, the replica sounds fine whilst dry firing but we cannot guarantee that it'll be flawless and there isn't any other hidden faults.

- Brand New Condition
- Dysfunctional Mechanism
- Fantastic Prop / Display Piece
This Striker-12 Street Sweeper Revolver Shotgun Replica is in brand new condition but has a dysfunctional mechanism. The platform does work, but takes some effort and getting used to. It just unfortunately isn't intuitive enough for our standards to be sold as a regular product with warranty so it has found its way to the Boneyard.
It can require a very hard trigger pull, and upon reaching certain positions of such pull the drum containing the shells can rotate slowly and in a fashion that doesn't allow for firing to even occur. Should you learn how to pull the trigger the way it expects you to, you may still run into problems with its firing or there lack of.
Overall it's quite a janky platform but it's still really cool! So, if you want an extremely unique replica that's externally pristine, this is one for you... Perfect as a prop or display piece, or even maybe to figure out and try to skirmish with!
If you'd like to pick up some extra shells for this replica, you can find them HERE.
- Dead ETU
- Missing magazines
- Marked & scratched
This replica has landed in our boneyard due to a few issues; the main issue is the ETU that's equipped in this replica is apparently dead - plugging a battery in the replica resulting in a dead trigger so this is indeed the case so a replacement ETU or Mosfet is necessary to use this replica if you're into a 20-series style AK-12. The magazines that are included with this replica (mid and high cap) are also missing so replacements should be sourced unless you have some spares lying around.
- Polymer mag issue
- Fully functional
- AR-9 beast
This replica has found its way into our boneyard due to the included polymer magazine having issues correctly seating with the replica - a quick inspection presents us with one of two probable causes; either the over-insertion lip is not allowing the magazine to fully seat in the replica to make it secure or there is some visible damage to the side of the mag where the retention lip secures the mag in place. Either way, the metal straight mag works completely fine and the replica is fully functional with this mag so if you're after an AR-9 platform and want the straight mag loadout, this is a no brainer!
