- Brand new & unused
- No guarantee of full functionality
- No warranty - The price reflects this!
These CYMA/EMG CM.102 SGR-12 Tri-Shot Shotguns found their way to the Boneyard due to generally poor quality control. These are brand new guns, unused and never shot but we can make no guarantees of proper functionality. As with all Boneyard items, these do not have a warranty and are sold as spare parts, wall hangers or props.

- Missing rivets
- Brand new
- Ideal replacement part
Has your Cyma AK-47 receiver been damaged mid-game and you're struggling to get replacements parts? Look no further than this receiver from Cyma! We've received multiple of these receivers from the factory though once we inspected these, they appeared to be missing their rivets so ultimately we cannot sell them as new.
We cannot guarantee that it'll fit every Cyma due to the manufacturer using both VFC-spec and TM-spec designs for their AK lineup - what we do know is that this receiver is TM-spec so it'll fit the CM.028 and the CM.522 which are known to be TM-based in their build (which ultimately makes this an upgrade part).
NOTE: There are multiple of this item in stock so the one that you receive may be slightly different from the provided images based on the manufacturing process (slightly different finish etc).
- Non-functional
- Unknown issues
- Externally mint
This replica has found its way into our boneyard due being non-functional; we're not entirely sure what lead to this happening though out of the box, the included battery that is usually found with this replica is nowhere to be seen so a replacement would have to be sourced if you're interested in this boneyard.
Regardless, we found ourselves a spare battery to test though when plugging the battery in; no matter what fire mode we chose, the replica wouldn't shoot so this either may be a battery problem (where we picked up a dead battery) or there's something more problematic occurring; further investigation is required.
- Non-Functional
- Disassembled
- Licensed Walther Trademarks
Strictly for spare parts or for use as a non-functional prop, this replica has at some point been disassembled and not put back together properly. It is unknown if it even could be, or if all of the necessary parts are still present to try so with.
If you’re in need of a niche part or need a paperweight for your desk, this could be what you’re after. It's a decent prop, featuring licensed Walther trademarks.
- Broken slide tabs
- Untested/unknown faults
- Missing charger & battery
This replica has landed in our boneyard due to a few issues - first of which is that the tabs that secure the slide in place have snapped off completely meaning theres nothing to secure the slide and will fall off during use. Alongside this, it's missing its battery and battery charger so we cannot test its functionality so you could ultimately end up with a perfectly fine replica or something that needs some work doing to it internally. Apart from this; the replica used to be two-tone red but the paint was stripped - there is still residue red paint under the slide alongside in the serrations so this replica does need a bit of TLC.
- Wire loom snapped
- Untested
- Missing accessories
This replica has landed in our boneyard due to a few issues; first of which is the wire loom has snapped so a replacement is to be sourced if you're wanting to use this replica. Alongside this issue, the magazine, charger and battery are also missing so these would also have to be sourced. We believe this replica would better suit being a prop for cosplay or something similar given the mentioned issues.
- Stripped gears
- Missing charger
- Box damaged
Are you after the iconic russian grach purely to add to your collection as a display piece or even as part of your cosplay? Look no further than this boneyard! As far as things go, the internal gears have stripped meaning this replica is rendered unusable and potentially unfixable unless you're able to source replacements (and if you know how to work on an EBB AEP like this). We will also note that the charger for the battery is missing though the magazine is still present (has a battery built in).
- Low FPS
- Unknown Reason
- Two-Tone Red
This Desert Eagle replica is shooting at quite a low FPS. The reason for this is unknown, but it's certainly not performing quite well enough to hold up in a skirmish environment. Whether you’ve got the skills for a tune-up or are in need of a cheap prop - enjoy the healthy discount on this otherwise great condition replica!
- Disassembled
- Faulty magazine
- Untested
This replica has found its way into our boneyard due to a few issues; first of which is the magazine is dysfunctional and leaks when a CO2 bulb is inserted so this will either need to be repaired or a new magazine is to be sourced. The barrel of the replica has also been disassembled from the replica and the slide is stuck where you can still rack it but disassembly is difficult - due to this, we recommend this replica as a parts donor or if you've had enough time working with desert eagles; this could be a decent project build.
- Missing Catch
- Still Functions and Fires
- Loose Tube When Open
If you need to add a uniquely menacing look to your setup, this launcher mounts to 20mm RIS rail! Still able to fire and in good condition, this launcher is only in the boneyard because it's missing a catch necessary to keep the tube itself from slipping out from under the rail when open for reloading. So long as you don't take your hand off it, it'll be fine!
You can either run it how it is, try to repair it, or leave it slammed shut and never shoot from it, just having it be an awesome looking accessory under your rifle.
- Non-functional
- Missing battery & charger
- Potential prop
This replica has found our way into our boneyard due to not being functional - alongside this, the charger and battery are missing. Plugging in our testing battery into the replica results in nothing when the trigger is pulled regardless of fire selector position so we can only conclude that the electronics are fried or something worse, we're not sure but this would make a great prop for cosplay given the magazines are still present.
The replica came to us without its original box and is instead in a standard delivery box though each part has been wrapped with bubblewrap and secured with cardboard paper.
- Wire loom snapped
- Broken trigger & slide tab
- Missing charger & battery
This replica has found its way into our boneyard due to a few issues; first and foremost, the trigger seems to be broken as there's no spring tension - pulling the trigger all the way back whilst a battery is plugged in also provides nothing so whatever linkage/contacts are present is potentially also broken.
The left side tab to keep the slide on the replica is broken as well though the right tab is still in one piece so you'll have to be careful when using this replica - keep in mind that you will need to source a battery and charger if you are wanting to use this replica since both are missing. Last but not least, the connectors appear to have snapped so you will need to source a replacement wire loom.
- Non-Functional
- Cracked Dovetail
- Wiring Cut
This replica has a cut connector and a damaged dovetail, rendering it non-functional. It cannot be shot due to its now broken wiring and it also struggles to stay in once piece as the slide can easily detach due to the chipped dovetail. It could make for a bargain source of spare parts if you've got any ongoing projects or custom builds related to the platform, but otherwise it'd be best served as a prop if glued shut.
Due to the Two-Tone red paint, a UKARA or other defence will not be required for purchase.
- Untested
- Missing magazine
- Needs TLC
After a gas blow back Mac-11? This may be the boneyard for you! As far as we know, the magazine is missing which ultimately means that we cannot test the replica for faults alongside seeing how she shoots through our chronograph. Manually racking the replica presents us with no issues where semi and full auto are working as intended in its open-bolt configuration.
If you find a mag but discover issues, this could also be a decent wall hanger or prop for cosplay though bear in mind that there is sticker residue and its quite banged up so would require some TLC to make it looking great again! When we found this replica in our boneyard, it came in an S&T M320A1 box so don't be alarmed if you received this boneyard in that box!
- Disassembled
- Missing parts
- Potential wall hanger
This replica has found its way into our boneyard in a bad state - it seems that some of the internals have been gutted due to being damaged in some sort of way with some components going missing; doing a quick look, it appears that the piston has been disassembled but is still present in the box but due to other potential missing parts, we'd recommend simply using this for cosplay or as a wall hanger.
- Missing parts
- Non-functional
- Fun wall hanger
Looking for a fun shell ejecting lever-action shotgun that you're purely wanting to rack and eject shells all over your house with? Look no further than this boneyard! As far as things go, this replica is missing majority of its 'action' parts and will not shoot even when racked but still happily launches shells once you cycle the replica.
Ultimately this could be a cool display piece to show to all of your battle buddies and perhaps even have a competition to see how far you can launch the shells across the living room to immediately get lost under the couch!
- Mock bolt missing
- Sluggish cycling
- Stock broken
This replica has landed in our boneyard for a few reasons; first of which is when the replica cycles, the action is quite sluggish so internally this boneyard needs a desperate refresh! Alongside this, the stock is broken via the locking mechanism so a replacement is necessary in order to properly shoulder this replica unless you plan to keep the stock folded away for CQB.
We also noticed that the mock bolt is missing so there's potential that dirt and grime may get into this chamber and potentially gunk-up either the hop unit or even the gearbox (through gaps or straight into the nozzle). The two tone paint is also slightly worn but this still passes as a two-tone so if you want to start on your first project, this boneyard is the perfect pick!
- Obstruction in the bolt
- Semi-functional
- Potential wall hanger
This replica has found its way into our boneyard due to an issue regarding cycling the bolt - it feels like there's an obstruction within the cylinder or between the piston head and cylinder head, we're not too sure but it causes issues trying to rack the replica and returning it into battery to put the handle down. If you don't feel like messing with the internals of this replica, it could work as a decent wall hanger.
- Bolt Sticking
- Shoots Only Full Auto
- Missing Thread
This Tandemkross CTHULHU Pistol as a sticking bolt and will only fire full-auto. Aside from these faults, the only others to note are the platform's missing threads on the barrel and also the lack of the "Halo" Ring Charging Handle originally provided. Given the lack of threads, you will experience great difficulty in mounting the "Game Changer Pro" Compensator, but it is still provided as well as a 23rnd Green Gas Magazine and Red Dot Mount Plate.
Built on the proven AAP‑01 system and packed with competition‑inspired Tandemkross parts, it delivers excellent gas efficiency, huge upgrade potential, and bold custom styling straight out of the box. Whilst it's a shame there are faults with this one in particular, you're onto a real gem if you have the time and tools needed to fix it up!
Note that this platform has also been painted in a Two-Tone blue, meaning a UKARA or other defence will not be required for purchase.
- Dysfunctional hammer
- Marked & scratched
- Untested
Looking for a Beretta style replica to fill out your loadout? Look no further than this CO2 version of the M9A3! Although the US Army rejected this variant, this upgraded version comes with all the features seen on the real thing! Albeit with this replica, it's in the boneyard due to a few faults such as the hammer being somewhat dysfunctional where it won't reliably drop when cocked - although when testing this ourselves, it seems to be a rare occurrence and only happened when the slide was taken off. We will also note that this replica is heavily battered with marks & scratches across the entirety of the replica which could pass as 'battle-worn' if you're looking at this as a collectors piece.
- Damaged nozzle
- Scratched & marked
- Missing mag baseplate
This replica has landed in our boneyard for a few issues - the most 'severe' of these issues is that the nozzle's loading lip appears to be bent or warped so we can safely presume that performance and reliability will be severely affected unless the the nozzle is replaced. Based off the fact that the the magazine feed lips are metal (and are also scratched up), this is the most likely candidate of causing the damage to the nozzle in the first place. We've also noticed that the magazine is missing its baseplate so a replacement is recommended but not necessary to use the replica.
- All internals missing
- Receiver top cover tabs snapped
- Project/fixer-upper/parts donor
This WELL PRO AK-12 AEG landed in the boneyard after being returned for a gearbox fault. The entire gearbox, HOP-up and inner barrel assemblies have been removed, and the fire selector switch is missing. Potentially, other parts have gone missing as well. Externally, most parts are in good condition, but the tabs on the lower receiver, which the top cover engages with, have snapped. This might be good to harvest parts from, but could also be the heart of an interesting hybrid AK build!
- Near new externals
- Broken magazine catch
- Untested
This pistol has a broken magazine catch. This means that the included magazine won't lock in; this would need to be fixed to shoot the pistol safely. The sidearm is untested. Other than that, the external build quality looks to be in near-new condition, so if you can figure out a fix for the mag catch, you're onto a winner here!
- Disassembled
- Parts missing
- Unknown faults
This replica has landed in our boneyard in a right state; the entirety of the replica is disassembled with a bag of parts to pair - due to this, there may be some parts missing so an investigation would be necessary to figure out if it's worth rebuilding the replica if all parts are present or doing a tuned build and scrap all of the internals.
- Missing various parts
- Fully functional
- Project gun
This replica has found its way into our boneyard due to a vast majority of parts going missing - from doing a quick inspection, the outer barrel (alongside the corresponding flash hider), barrel nut and the spring for the mock bolt. There may be additional parts that are missing but this isn't obvious so we recommend doing your own investigation. Knowing the 3D printing market, this could be a potential project to convert into the iconic BR55 from Halo on the cheap - especially given this replica is fully functional.
- Jamming Pump
- Dysfunctional Trigger
- Broken Shell Tube Cover
This gas powered FABARM shotgun is in the Boneyard with several problems. It has supposedly been used for parts, though we're unsure what exactly is now missing. Its pump tends to jam when racked and the trigger does nothing. The shell tube towards the front of the platform is also broken - the threaded section for the cap is no longer secured into the tube. There may be more ongoing problems but we cannot diagnose these due to the platform not being in a functional enough condition to test. Overall this might be quite a big task to fix up, so may be better used to take more parts from, or just to serve as a pretty cool wall hanger!
- Jamming Issue
- GLOCK Licensed
- Supplied in Hard Case
This GLOCK 17 is in the Boneyard due to reported jamming issues. Externally, it remains a highly authentic and officially licensed replica, but does show some wear from use. As a CO2 powered platform, it truly reflects the high level of realism and licensed detail that UMAREX is known for.
If you're willing to fix some jamming from time to time in order to get your hands on one of the best GLOCK replicas in Airsoft, now's your chance!
- Stock snapped
- Cracked
- Missing parts
Whether you need spare parts for your Vorsk VMP or fancy workshopping this one into something unique, we have quite the Boneyard item for you! This VMP has had its stock snapped off, threads stripped, lower cracked (at rear grub screw) and no longer comes with its suppressor as well as one of its two magazines. You'd not need the suppressor anyway because the flash hider for it cannot be mounted onto the stripped threads, and also though one magazine is missing, it's sleeve somehow remains!
Overall it's almost certainly better served as a husk to pillage remaining spare parts from, but what's to say you couldn't have some fun with a truly battle-worn platform? It's worth noting that it's Pre Two-Tone as well, meaning a UKARA or other defence will not be required for purchase.
- Missing parts & gearbox
- Broken trigger guard
- Broken box magazine
This beautiful replica has landed in our boneyard due to a few mechanical/external issues; first of which is it appears that the gearbox in its entirety has been removed - due to this, this would have to be a complete rebuild project if you're wanting to use this for a skirmish of some sort. Alongside this, the box mag is also broken with the auto winder not being functional and the plastic ring that holds the feed tube into the replica is missing so we'd recommend sourcing a new box mag if once again you're wanting this boneyard to skirmish with.
We've also noticed that part of the trigger guard has snapped off - luckily the broken piece is still in the box so you could potentially re-glue this back onto the replica though ultimately it doesn't affect function. Due to the list of issues, we recommend this more to those that are looking for a display piece or wall hanger. However if you're feeling adventurous then this could appeal to those that like to dabble with tech work.
- (Should be) functional
- Signs of use
- Missing battery & charger
This SSE18 AEP is part of a batch of guns that Team Novritsch deemed unfit for regular sale. The gun itself is in pretty decent external condition and should be perfectly functional, though there may be a few signs of wear/use on the platform. The battery and charger originally provided with the pistol are also missing, so some fresh ones of those will be needed to get shooting.
