We want you to be absolutely happy with our products and services, so we provide the simple Patrol Base guarantee: if on receiving your item you are unhappy with your item for any reason then simply send it back to us. We will replace or refund the item.

Description
If you like your build to lead the pack when it comes to performance, the Gate G5 Smart Brushless Motor is what you need! An innovative combination of a brushless motor with a programmable ESC (electronic speed control) module, the G5 is available in both short and long shaft models, suitable for almost any Airsoft AEG on the market.
Brushless motors offer reduced heat build-up, reduced mechanical noise when running, improved reliability due to the lack of conventional brushes and improved torque-to-weight ratio. The adjustable nature of the G5 furthers this advantage significantly, allowing you to tune motor speed between 10K RPM and 46K RPM to get your build running flawlessly.
Torque adjustment is also available, with the G5 offering two torque settings: "Soft Start", designed to prolong the life of your internal parts and "Fast Start", intended to provide the fastest possible trigger response. Adjustments are carried out through the advanced Gate Control Station App, available for IOS, Android, Mac OS and Windows through the usual channels or the Gate website.
The G5 is supplied with a pre-installed Type-D pinion gear and pinion spring, providing the best pinion configuration for high-force applications, which is also compatible with aftermarket Type-D pinion gears. Naturally, this brushless motor is a significant upgrade for almost any AEG but will require reinforced parts and technical knowledge to install correctly. As such, we don't recommend this for amateurs!

Upgrades and Downgrades should only be undertaken by experienced players, or Airsoft Technicians. Please note, changing any internal parts of a weapon voids its warranty unless done in-house by our staff.
Please ensure that when fitting parts the part purchased is the correct part, as once a part has been fitted we cannot accept return.
We do know that players love to tinker, so we're here to give you help should you require it, and if needed you can get in touch with our workshop for more help!
Unique Parts
Please note that some parts may be unique to a specific brand of weapon. For example: Parts for an ASG M4A1 may not fit an ICS M4A1.
Parts from the same brand typically have a high chance of fitting, though be warned, some replicas use unique parts, so please ensure the part will fit before you attempt to fit it.
