If you're styling up your AK build with optics mounting as an objective, the LCT 20mm Picatinny Railed Top Cover "Classic" for Z Handguard is a solid choice. Made from CNC-machined 6061 aluminium with robust steel bolts, this receiver top cover/dust cover is designed for standard-length AK AEG platforms (not AKS-74U or PP-19) but must be paired with an LCT Z-style handguard to be mounted correctly.
This top cover is a hinged design, making battery access a breeze for top-wired AK AEGs. Its upper 20mm Picatinny rail runs the full length of the top cover, providing plenty of space for optics and a reliable zero. Compatibility-wise, this part is designed for LCT AKs; while most AK AEGs are cross-compatible, we cannot guarantee off-brand compatibility.

Special Instructions
This receiver top cover CANNOT be installed without a corresponding LCT Z-style handguard. Examples include the LCT ZB-10M and the LCT ZB-30/31C. It will NOT fit the LCT ZB-11, which is designed for AKS-74U rifles.
