If you are undecided about vertical grips and sometimes prefer the old-school ways, the Matrix Folding Vertical Grip for 20mm Picatinny Rails is a great choice! Constructed from high-density polymer with a steel folding mechanism, the Folding Vertical Grip can be mounted to any 20mm Picatinny rails via its spring-loaded QD mount.
To mount the grip, simply push the textured end of the locking bar on the mount in and slide it onto the front of your rail. When you release the locking bar, the grip will stay right where it is. To fold and unfold, simply press the central screw-like button and position the grip in either the horizontal or vertical position.
At the front of the grip, we are treated to a hand stop-like curved protrusion intended to prevent you from slipping off the grip and potentially shooting your hand; a useful feature if you mount this right at the front of a short-barreled platform.
