Description

One of the main visual draws of this sniper is the absolutely gorgeous fluted barrel. With its sleek aluminium build in metallic black, the fluted cuts not only look suave and eye-catching, but help reduce weight, while keeping the rifle perfectly balanced when handling and, more importantly, aiming.

Beginning at the tip of the barrel, we can see that the SSG10 comes equipped with an internal thread beneath its end cap, which when used with a thread adaptor allows you to attach a whole host of aftermarket muzzle devices. Customise your rifle by attaching the device of your choice such as a suppressor or tracer unit, depending on what suits your playstyle or aesthetic choice for your loadout.

At the top of the rifle, just behind the barrel is the 20mm Picatinny rail, which allows you to attach a huge variety of scopes and optics. Since Picatinny is, by far, the most common rail system, you can customise the rifle to your heart's content.

The SSG-10 comes with an individual serial number laser engraved into the aluminium receiver. Two glide rings ensure that the bolt pull has a smooth action every time.

Included in the box is a 28-round magazine, which has several upsides over the usual Bar-10 mag offerings. Firstly the magazine is translucent, which allows you to easily keep track of how many shots you have left. Another upside is the extended follow, so the magazine will always feed until the last shot, so no BBs are wasted.

The cocking handle is designed in such a way as to allow plenty of clearance when you have a scope mounted so you don't hit your knuckles when cocking the rifle in a spirited fashion. It features a sleek and smooth build with a bevelled design so your thumb can easily rest on the handle, ready for your hand to spring into action and reload when needed.

The marker lines up consistently with the HOP, allowing for precise adjustment. Engraved on the barrel. Satisfying click for every increment of adjustment. Cut out tab for easy adjustment with a finger, tool or nail.

Constructed from tough but lightweight polymer, the body has a rubber over-moulding, which gives the rifle a smooth but ever so slightly raised effect that feels fantastic to the touch and adds a slight bit of friction when held to aid in steady handling. The body and stock complement the barrel from an aesthetic standpoint as the body's matte finish contrasts well with the metallic sheen of the barrel, for a suave but understated look.

The SSG10 sports a flat trigger, which is a nice addition to the rifle as it adds a unique style to the rifle, which hints at upgraded internals within, letting you know this isn't just any VSR.

At the very rear of the sniper is the enlarged rubberised butt plate, which features a fairly robust build with just a little bit of give. This makes it comfortable to rest against your person when aiming The plate is extruded somewhat and features cut grooves towards the end to aid in the flexibility, while allowing the stock to have an overall robust and strong build.

Internally the SSG10 is finely tuned for an exceptional sniping experience, build using only the finest, most robust components. The sniper is powered by an M150 spring, which produces shots at roughly 475FPS right out of the box, giving you the speed and range you need. The trigger group assembly and cylinder are CNC machined from stainless steel and aluminium for consistent accuracy and smooth cycling.

So if you are looking for a new Airsoft sniper to run in the field or are starting your loadout and want to hit the ground running and skirmish with the best, the Novritsch SSG10 is a fantastic choice that both functions and handles like an absolute dream. The rifle is a simple design, honed and perfected to bring it to the next level and higher with perfect, smooth handle pulls and precise HOP adjustment to get those perfect shots every time.
