Starting at the front, we can find the threaded outer barrel. It is unclear what this barrel's threading is exactly, but you will be happy to know that this pistol comes with an appropriate thread adapter to give you 14mm CCW threading, the most common Airsoft threading. This means that you can mount most suppressors and tracer units to your pistol straight out of the box. Underneath the slide, we find the dimpled ZEV-style outer barrel, visible through the slide cut-outs and adding a distinctive, performance-focused appearance.

Talking about the slide, it's the main event. It is an Ed-Brown 4.25" Commander-length slide, finished with the ZEV “Orion” slide cut package, reducing weight and enhancing the pistol’s modern race-inspired aesthetic. The slide is RMR optics-ready, making it easy to mount a red dot sight for faster target acquisition. Front and rear slide serrations provide excellent grip, allowing the pistol to be racked confidently from either end of the slide.

Moving down to the frame, the pistol features a single-stack Government-style frame with an integrated 1913 Picatinny rail, providing ample space for mounting a tactical flashlight or laser module. This makes the pistol highly adaptable for CQB environments or low-light skirmishing. At the base of the grip, we find the one-piece Government HARDCORE® magwell, designed with a smooth, rounded profile to aid reloads while remaining comfortable during extended use.

The grip itself is slim and ergonomic, staying true to the classic 1911 feel while offering excellent control. Controls will feel instantly familiar to fans of the platform, featuring an ambidextrous thumb safety suitable for both left- and right-handed users, as well as a traditional 1911 beavertail grip safety to prevent accidental discharge if the pistol is not held correctly. The pistol’s crisp single-action trigger allows for precise shot placement and rapid follow-up shots.

Internally, durability and performance are clear priorities. The pistol is equipped with a steel hammer set, including the hammer, sear, disconnector, and firing pin, ensuring long-term reliability under regular skirmish use. The steel magazine valve further enhances durability and gas efficiency, with each magazine holding 24 rounds and coming preinstalled with the PTS Enhanced Pistol Shockplate 1911.

The outer barrel is stabilised via a spring located inside the hop-up chamber, reducing unwanted barrel movement during cycling and improving consistency. A 6.03mm precision inner barrel is paired with a MEC-manufactured purple hop-up rubber and piston head, both rated at 70° hardness, providing excellent air seal, consistent hop, and improved accuracy.

For those interested in upgrades or maintenance, this pistol offers excellent Tokyo Marui compatibility, sharing many internal components with TM 1911 platforms, including the hop-up chamber, outer barrel, hammer set, lower frame components, and magazine. The 15mm air nozzle is also compatible with Tokyo Marui V-10 models, making aftermarket support plentiful.
