We love seeing the Airsoft products available through our store featured on social media and out on the field. From Airsoft guns to attachments, tactical gear, and accessories, it's always great to see them being put to use.

From time to time, we may reach out to request permission to share your photos or videos across our channels. User-generated content is primarily featured on relevant product pages on our website to help other customers see products in action. In some cases, content may also be shared on our social media channels, including Instagram and Facebook, in email newsletters, advertising materials, or displayed in retail and event environments.

Permission to Use Your Content

You grant Patrol Base Limited a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish, display, and distribute the photo(s), video(s), and other content associated with your response for marketing, promotional, and commercial purposes.

Your Confirmation

By responding to our request with #YesPBC, you confirm that:

  • You own the rights to the content or have permission from the rights holder to grant these rights to Patrol Base Limited.
  • Any person identifiable in the content has given their permission for the content to be used by Patrol Base Limited.
  • The content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other third-party rights.
  • The content does not violate any applicable laws or regulations.

Compensation

You acknowledge that Patrol Base Limited may use the content without payment, royalties, or other compensation.

Removal Requests

If you would like us to stop using your content in future marketing activities, please get in touch with us, and we will review your request as soon as reasonably possible.

You can also submit removal requests via the Flowbox UGC embeds on our website. We will independently review and verify removal requests before actioning.
