Theta Optics 1.5-5x40 BE LPVO Scope

The 1.5-5X40 BE rifle scope features adjustable magnification, focus, illumination colour and brightness. What can't you adjust on this scope? Supplied with 30mm cantilever scope mount for 20mm Picatinny rails, the 1.5-5X40 BE rifle scope comes with everything you need, bar the gun, to start harassing the enemy at long range. The low magnification available on this optic allows it to be used at close range, with both eyes open if necessary. Whilst obviously not as fast as a red dot sight, the 1.5-5 BE rifle scope provides a good middle ground between strong magnification capability and fast target transitions. The included scope mount features Picatinny rail sections at the 3, 9 and 12 o'clock position - perfect for mounting a backup micro red dot sight!

The objective lens of the scope is 40mm in diameter, allowing plenty of light in and providing a large field of view, ensuring you can see as much as possible around the target you have set your sights on. The tube of the scope is 30mm in diameter, granting you loads of flexibility in mounting options, though the scope includes a cantilever scope mount so you are ready to go out of the box. The adjustment turrets are present on the top and right side of the scope, with the top turret controlling elevation adjustment and the right side turret controlling windage. The turrets do not require tools to adjust and can be quickly changed and set on the fly, granting the user greater flexibility to adapt to changing wind conditions. The illumination adjustment turret is found on the left side of the scope, and allows 3 levels of brightness adjustment and selection between a red, green or blue illuminated reticle. The battery for the illumination function is installed inside this turret, by unthreading the battery cap and inserting a single CR2032 3V button cell (included). As we reach the "eye-bell" of the scope, we can find the magnification adjustment ring, which can be rotated around the circumference of the scope to select your magnification setting; from 1.5 magnification for close range encounters all the way out to 5x magnification for long range spotting and precise shots. At the rear we find the "eye-lens", which is surrounded by the focus adjustment dial. This dial is used to adjust the scope's focus depending on the eye of the shooter and the range of the objective.

The 1.5-5X40 BE scope also comes supplied with flip up lens protectors, which prevent the eye lens and objective lens from being scratched when the scope is not in use. We recommend an Airsoft rated lens protector to avoid damage from incoming fire.
