This red dot sight means serious business! The Vector Optics Frenzy Plus is a real steel-rated red dot sight, capable of withstanding the shock of handguns and small firearms. It is Vector Optics' take on the Aimpoint Acro style of optic, a compact, teeny tiny red dot, perfect for a pistol, compact SMG, or PDW.
It is constructed from lightweight aluminium and has a crisp glass lens with a red tint. The tint allows you to see your enemies fine, but doesn't expose your position with a red glare from your sight.
The red dot includes a VOD mount, which is a specific Vector Optics design; however, also included in the box is a VOD to Picatinny mount, so you can mount this sight on most platforms!

Description
The Vector Optics Frenzy Plus 1x18x20 Red Dot Reflex Sight is a compact, real steel-rated sight that can withstand the recoil from 12GA, 308 and Lapua Magnum .338. This means it is more than capable of holding its zero and staying intact, even when attached to even the most thunderous of GBBRs.
Both the elevation and windage are adjustable on this sight. The screw at the top rear of the sight controls the elevation, whilst the windage adjustment screw can be found on the rear right of the sight body. Also included with the sight is an adjustment tool that allows fine adjustments to be made when zeroing.
The glass lens of this red dot sight is wide and multi-coated in red, allowing users to get a better view of the battlefield around them and reduce light glare, even when aiming down the sights. This helps with transitioning between targets, enhancing target efficiency and precision aiming. The red dot is crisp, clear and concise, allowing you to line up your shots easily, without any blurriness.
The buttons on the left of the sight allow you to turn the red dot on and off as well as scroll through 10 levels of illumination, 2 of them being NV modes. To turn the red dot on and off, press and hold both buttons simultaneously. If you forget to switch off this optic, it has a built-in motion sensor feature that will automatically power off the sight when it's not in use. You will need to purchase a CR2032 separately for the red dot function.
This optic mounts to Vector Optics' unique VOD mount, something designed for the Frenzy series. Included in the box is a VOD to Picatinny mount so you can attach this sight to most common assault rifles and SMGs. The VOD mount is similar to a Picatinny interface, requiring you to fasten a bolt to secure the two items.
Other useful information about this red dot is that it is IP67 rated for dust and water, meaning it can be used in all weather conditions. The red dot is 3 MOA, which covers less area on a target and is approximately the height of a lighter at 100 yards (Vector Optics words, not ours).
