Vector Optics Maverick-II Plus 1X22 SOL(Q) Red Dot Sight

If you're after a high-quality red dot sight with nifty battery-saving features built in, the Vector Optics Maverick-II Plus 1X22 SOL(Q) Red Dot Sight is the ideal choice. Styled after the popular T1/T2 micro red dot sight, the Maverick-II Plus is pre-fitted with a 20mm Picatinny high mount designed to align with M4/AR-15 iron sights but includes a low mount in the box, ideal for shotguns, AKs, AR-36s and other platforms with a raised top rail.

The next-generation version of the original Maverick, this version includes an integral solar cell on the top of the housing, which extends battery life considerably. While the solar cell cannot power the sight alone, this is very handy for those long-duration operations, especially paired with the "Auto shutdown" feature, which deactivates the sight after 90 minutes of inactivity. 

The Maverick-II Plus is fully adjustable via the turret on top for elevation and the turret on the right for windage adjustment. To adjust the reticle position and get perfectly zeroed, simply unscrew the turret caps and use the built-in adjustment tool on the back of each cap to turn the internal dial. The benefit of tool-less turrets is ease of adjustment, allowing you to zero with ease mid-firefight, even when wearing gloves. 

The reticle is a standard 2MOA red dot with 8 brightness settings adjustable by the buttons on the left side, offering settings for extremely bright conditions and low-light. The lowest brightness settings are so dim that they are even compatible with NVGs, so don't be worried if you can't see the reticle with the MK.1 eyeball! The battery compartment is on the right side; simply unscrew the cap to install your CR2032 3V Button Cell (not included) and get shooting!

Rated shock-proof, fog-proof and water resistant, the Maverick-II is even capable of withstanding the recoil of many real steel firearms. If you're running a hard-recoiling GBBR and are worried about whether your zero will last, you can be confident that once set, the reticle will stay put!
