Vector Optics Maverick-III 3x22 Flip-to-Side Magnifier MIL

If you love your red dot sight but want to reach out further, the Vector Optics Maverick-III 3x22 Flip-to-Side Magnifier MIL lets you do just that! This magnifier is designed to mount behind your red dot sight, magnifying the image and reticle to effectively turn it into a 3x scope, which can quickly be reverted to 1x when a nearby threat arises. 

The Magnifier comes with a flip-to-side mount designed for lower 1/3 cowitness with M4/AR-15 iron sights (1.54" height to optical centreline) but has a 30mm diameter monotube, allowing you to use aftermarket mounts to suit different height optics. The included mount should suit most holographic style replicas, the Vector Optics Maverick Red dot Sight and most T1-style sights on riser mounts. 

The flip-to-side functionality of the mount means that when a close-range threat pops up, you can press the button on the left side of the mount and slap the magnifier out of the way to use your red dot sight without magnification, resulting in a versatile setup which can handle engagements and target identification at any distance. When flipped to the side, the magnifier can also be used to identify targets as a makeshift spotting scope!

Zero adjustment is carried out via the dials on the top and right side, though without a reticle, these dials are merely to align the magnifier with the reticle of your red dot sight. The dial on the top controls elevation (up and down movement), and the one on the right side controls windage (left to right movement). Surrounding the ocular lens at the rear, we're also treated to a focus adjustment dial, allowing you to clarify the image at different ranges and get a clear view of your target and its surroundings.
