If you're looking for an affordable reflex sight with unique looks, the VictOptics Z5 1X26X28 Red Dot Sight is a fine choice. Made from 6061 aluminium with an integrated 20mm Picatinny rail mount, this open-style reflex sight provides a 3 MOA red dot reticle, with 10 brightness/intensity settings so you can adjust to suit any environment.
The brightness controls are on either side of the unit, taking the form of rubber buttons, a hallmark of a modern red dot sight design. The battery tray is on the right side; simply unscrew the screws using the included tool to access it. The sight requires a single CR2032 3V button cell (not included) but also features a motion sensor, meaning it will deactivate after 2 minutes idle to save your battery power.
Windage and elevation adjustments are carried out through the dials on the right side and top, respectively. Use the included flathead screwdriver to apply adjustments. These are low-profile dials, avoiding the risk of a mid-game bump or scrape messing with your zero.
