If you're looking for a unique tactical flashlight to top off your build, the WADSN CD Optimized Weapon Light (OWL) is a slick option. A powerful 1800 lumen flashlight with a built-in pressure switch and 20mm Picatinny rail mount, the OWL is made from CNC-machined aluminium, offering momentary on, constant on and stroboscopic activation modes.
The highlight of the OWL is its ambidextrous functionality, allowing you to reverse the bezel and tailcap to run it on either side of your primary. This works similarly to the popular MAWL laser aiming device, and configurations can be changed without requiring tools. Another big boast is the OWL's dual fuel functionality, enabling it to be powered by 2 x CR123A batteries using the included battery adapter, a single 18650 rechargeable battery or 2 x 16340 rechargeable batteries. Please note that no battery is included.

Description
A unique tactical flashlight packed with innovative features, the WADSN CD Optimized Weapon Light (OWL) makes a fantastic finishing touch for any modern build, with plenty of functional benefits to back it up. Made from CNC-machined aluminium with an integral 20mm Picatinny mount, this versatile flashlight can be mounted in several different ways thanks to its MAWL-style swappable bezel and tailcap.
The built-in mount presents the OWL in an offset position, keeping the sides of your setup slick and snag-free compared to older flashlight designs. This also allows the OWL to be mounted closely with other accessories without interfering, a perfect attribute for a short-barreled platform with limited rail space.
The switch is built into the top of the mount, boasting a large activation surface you'll never miss in the thick of it. The switch offers 2 modes, which can be selected by holding the switch down for three seconds. The momentary on mode will keep the light activated as long as the switch is held, and the constant on mode keeps the light on until the switch is pressed again. To dazzle the enemy team when breaching a room, you also have the option of running strobe mode with a double-tap of the switch, though we do insist that you check with site marshals before using this mode, as it is incredibly bright!
By default, the OWL is configured to present the light on the left side of your platform when the pressure switch is positioned on the top. To swap it out to present on the right, simply rotate the bezel and tailcap slightly in the opposite direction to the indicated lock direction. With this done and your tailcap and bezel removed, switch them out and lock them down again. This also works for setups with the pressure switch on the right or left rail, providing impressive built-in versatility with no need for aftermarket mounts.
To access the battery compartment, follow the same procedure explained above. Your choice of battery can be inserted either through the front or rear of the body, saving you the usual Scout light confusion we've all known at some point in our Airsoft careers. Being a dual-fuel design, you have the choice of using a single 18650 rechargeable battery, 2 x 16340 rechargeable batteries or 2 x CR123A 3V cells using the included battery adapter. Please note that no battery is included.
