Description
An ultra-modern pistol flashlight based on the most recent real steel innovations, the WADSN PX 1 Tactical Pistol Flashlight is ready to mount on any 20mm Picatinny railed platform, from pistols to rifles and everything in between. The unit itself is made from aluminium with a steel mounting bolt and polymer rail adapter, offering ambidextrous operation via its lever-style switches.
Unlike the rocker switches of other flashlights, this torch has a push-down lever-style switch on either side. The switches have textured surfaces to help you activate the flashlight more easily. The PX 1 can be used in constant-on mode by pressing the switch, momentary-on by holding it down and strobe mode with a double-tap, providing all the functions you'll need without adding extra buttons which complicate operation.
The PX 1 requires a single CR123A cell (not included), which is inserted through the front of the unit, with the front bezel removed. The front bezel itself serves as the dial for the "Safety/lockout" mode, intended to prevent accidental light discharges when it matters most. To activate lockout mode, turn the bezel to the "off" position, indicated with a pictogram on the left side of the unit.
The set also includes several pairs of alternative activation switch paddles so you can hone ergonomics to match the platform it's installed on, and an alternative rail adapter for "G-series" and other off-spec rail designs.
