If you love a sidearm which looks sensible but has a trick up its sleeve, the WE EU18C Gen.3 Gas Blowback Pistol should be in your sights! Based on the select-fire version of a popular real steel pistol everyone knows and loves, this full metal build boasts powerful recoil and a thrilling full-auto fire mode, ideal for suppressive fire and engaging moving targets.

On the inside, the WE EU18C is based on the TM internal design, but features an enlarged blowback unit to provide violent recoil, pairing perfectly with its hefty metal slide. The outer barrel also features 11mm CW female barrel threads, meaning you can add a tracer unit or suppressor using a thread adapter if you prefer a more customised look. Description

If you love hard recoil and an exciting firing experience, the WE EU18C Gen.3 Gas Blowback Pistol has your name on it! A full metal build with a superb quality high-density polymer frame, the EU18C is based on the compensated full-auto version of one of the world's most popular sidearms. If your loadout demands an EU17 but you want to have more fun behind the trigger, go for the EU18C; no one will notice!

Starting at the front, we can find 11mm CW female barrel threads at the tip of the 4.3-inch alloy outer barrel. The barrel threading means you can mount a tracer unit or suppressor if you add an 11mm CW Female thread adapter. We recommend going for the smallest and lightest tracer or suppressor you can find to maximise gas efficiency.

At the top of the slide, we can find our front and rear sights, a simple set of open combat sights which are intuitive to align. The front sight is a simple white dot, and the rear is a white U-style notch, ensuring you never get mixed up when shooting under pressure.

On the right side of the slide, we can see the mock ejection port, through which we get a glimpse of the outer barrel with its detailed chamber markings, adding visual interest to the overall build. At the rear of the slide, we have flawlessly engraved slide serrations, perfectly matching the real pistol. The serrations provide superb traction and control over the slide, ideal for wet weather conditions and gloved users.

On the left rear of the side, we can find the fire mode selector switch, a two-position switch which allows you to select either semi-automatic or fully automatic. Semi-auto is the mode you should be using for most tasks, though full auto is great for suppressive fire and engaging moving targets, not to mention, it's great fun!

Moving to the frame, we can find a 20mm Picatinny pistol rail on the dust cover, allowing pistol lights, lasers and other 20mm Picatinny accessories to be mounted. On the rail itself, we can see the serial number plate, which is finished in silver, just like the real thing. This plate doubles as a trigger lock safety, primarily for transportation, and can be pushed backwards to engage or forwards to release.

To the rear of the frame rail, we find the trigger guard, which, in classic EU series style, is shaped to aid the use of a "European grip" shooting style, with checkering on the front face for added grip. Within the trigger guard, we find the two-stage trigger (where else?). This trigger works similarly to the real pistol, and cannot be pressed if the separate centre section is not also pressed. This serves to reduce the chances of an accidental discharge and means that unless your finger is on the trigger, the pistol will not fire.

Above the trigger, we can see a small catch which is mirrored on either side of the pistol. This is the disassembly catch and can be used to field strip the EU18 for maintenance. To remove the slide of the pistol, simply remove the magazine, cock the slide so the hammer is back, pull down the disassembly catches on either side and push the slide forward to remove it from the frame.

With the slide removed, you can now access the adjustable HOP-up unit, which can be used to apply backspin to your BBs, extending their range. The dial can be turned to apply additional HOP-up effect and can be tuned to your chosen BB weight to extend the effective range of the pistol. We recommend running 0.25g BBs with this pistol, as they're great for practically any environment.

Behind the disassembly levers, we can find the slide lock/release catch. This allows you to release the slide when it locks back on an empty magazine or manually lock the slide open for chamber inspection. If you prefer a less fiddly way to release the slide, you can simply pull it back to "power stroke" it back into battery (if you have BBs loaded), avoiding using the slide lock entirely.

The Gen.3-style magazine release can be found on the pistol grip, on the left side, sitting comfortably beneath the shooter's thumb for fast access and a fast reload. The mag release is textured for additional grip, ensuring you never mess up your reloads under pressure, and is smaller than the Gen.4 catch, meaning less chance of accidental mag drops.

The grip itself matches the Gen.3 design, equipped with front finger ridges and crackle textured panels on each side. On the front and rear, we have more aggressive pyramidal texture, which provides plenty of traction for wet weather conditions, whether you wear gloves or not.

Special Instructions

Please ensure that Cold Temperatures controlled Burst Fire is used in Fully Automatic, as too much Cool Down can cause the Nozzle to Shatter.

The externals of the replica are metal, as they would be on the real-world gun. This includes things like the outer barrel, handguard, and receiver. If a real-world gun has polymer parts, then the gun will still be marked as full metal externals. Examples of this would be an M4, where the Stock and Pistol grip are always made from Polymer.

Special Instructions

These table can be used as a reference to see if the BB weight you are using will be over acceptable Joulage limits at some Airsoft Sites in the UK. To check if the weight can be used chrono your weapon using the BB you intend to use, and then compare it to the chart.

FPS, Power and Joule Limits can vary from site to site, so please get in touch with where you're going to play with in advance to avoid disappointment.

Suggested limits are based on Joulage Limit rules used Halo Mill: Proving Grounds, with a 350fps limit for Automatic Replicas, 400fps for Semi-Automatic Replicas, and 500fps for Bolt Action Replicas.

Tap the tabs below to open the relevant chart for your replica.
