Manufactured to the lofty standards we expect from Airsoft Artisan, the Lightweight MCX stock is made from CNC-machined aluminium with a steel mount/folding mechanism and a grippy rubber butt plate.
Designed to mount to any 1913/20mm Picatinny stock interface, including stock adapters and those found on MPX, MCX and the shorter VMP-2 variants, this stock is as simple to operate as it is robust, with no fiddly buttons to operate the folding mech. Simply brace your thumb on the rear of your platform and lift the stock up, and you can effortlessly fold it to the left side. To redeploy the stock, the process is the same; it really is that simple!
A lightweight alternative to the standard MCX Folding Stock, this stock is significantly skeletonised, with bevelled edges and weight-reducing recesses throughout, along with a pair of M-LOK slots on top for a cheek riser(available separately). Description
A modernised, lightweight stock option designed for MCX and MPX rifles, the Airsoft Artisan 1913/20mm Picatinny Lightweight MCX Folding Stock is a great way to reduce the weight of your build with extra functionality as a bonus! CNC-machined from aluminium with a steel folding mechanism/mount and a grippy rubber butt plate, the Lightweight MCX Folding Stock mounts to any 1913/20mm Picatinny interface, including stock adapters and those found on the VMP-2C, VMP-2S and VMP-2SD GBB SMGs.
To install the Lightweight MCX Stock, simply loosen the mounting bolt, position it on your 1913/20mm stock interface, and tighten it down, as you would when mounting a flashlight, laser, or red dot to your railed handguard. The machined-in lug will keep the stock indexed in the rail slot you choose, ensuring it won't start sliding around and get in your way.
Folding and deploying the stock is even easier than installing it; simply lift the stock body up with your thumb braced on the rear of your platform to defeat the spring-loaded folding mechanism, then swing it over to the left side. To deploy the stock, lift the stock body again and slap it back into place. This slick folding mech makes the Lightweight MCX stock fast and easy to use, especially under pressure, avoiding the need to fiddle with buttons, which are always hard to find when the adrenaline is pumping!
Almost every surface of this stock is weight-reduced, either with bevelled edges, ports or machined recesses. This keeps the stock as light as physically possible, shaving off over 50g when compared to the standard MCX Folding Stock. On top of the Lightweight MCX Stock, we can find a pair of M-LOK slots, an odd place to put them for conventional M-LOK accessories, but the perfect spot for a cheek riser (available separately). The positioning of these slots keeps any cheek riser you have mounted well out of the way of an AR-15/MCX charging handle, perfect for GBBR users and realism fans!
If you like to keep your MCX build at the cutting edge with the latest and greatest parts, or you're eyeing up the VMP-2C but its lack of a stock holds you back, the Airsoft Artisan 1913/20mm Picatinny Lightweight MCX Folding Stock is one to watch.
