Description
Not all M4s or M16s have a flat top with 20mm RIS rail for mounting optics, many of the early variants featured a fixed carry-handle/Iron sights combination, which can be a little problematic for the Airsofter wanting to mount an optic on their Airsoft gun. However this bolt on strip of rail, compatible with 20mm RIS, solves that problem. By screwing into place on the top of the carry handle, users are given the opportunity to attach optics to their gun. Additionally, due to the mount's increased height, optics are raised up, making this an ideal purchase for Airsofters wearing full face protection.
