Chiappa Firearms Rhino 60DS CO2 Revolver

The Chiappa Firearms Rhino 60DS CO2 Revolver is made under official license from Chiappa Firearms, designed to match the 6-inch barrelled variant of the real steel Rhino 50DS revolver, an iconic design which reinvents revolver layout for a more user-friendly experience and improved recoil control. This is the same model of the Rhino seen in Suicide Squad (2016), used by Harley Quinn, opening up some interesting loadout or cosplay opportunities for the creatives!

The Rhino 60DS replica is manufactured from alloy, with polymer faux wood pistol grip covers, and a steel cylinder axis pin, guaranteeing you get authentic heft to match the flawless replication of the trademarks, shape and functionality of the real thing. Unlike many other Airsoft revolvers, the Rhino features a fixed HOP-up, an absolute must-have for a skirmish-capable Airsoft revolver, allowing you to use heavier BBs to achieve better consistency and accuracy.

The Rhino trigger design is a "double action/single action" example, meaning that cocking the hammer will prime the trigger in "single action" mode, giving you a shorter trigger pull for more accurate shots. Pulling the trigger without cocking the hammer will rotate the cylinder, cock the hammer and fire the shot all in rapid succession in what is known as "double action". Single action is ideal for aimed shots, and double action is there for when you need to put down rounds in a hurry!

A handy 'Fire Status Indicator' will let you know whether the hammer is cocked or not by raising a red-coloured rod on the left side of the hammer when it is ready to fire. A trigger/hammer lock safety can be found behind the hammer, should you want to properly lock off the trigger for storage or transportation.

On top of the barrel, we have a set of adjustable open iron sights which can be zeroed for windage using the screw on the left side and elevation using the screw on the top. The rear sight notch also includes anti-glare texturing to ensure you always get a clean sight picture, even in bright sunlight. 

At the bottom of the barrel, the Rhino 60DS boasts a 20mm Picatinny rail, ready to be equipped with a tactical flashlight or aiming laser. This is a full Picatinny rail with 3 slots, meaning you aren't limited to pistol-optimised accessories should the feeling take you. On top of the barrel, we have yet another 20mm Picatinny rail, ideally placed for a long eye-relief pistol scope or a micro red dot sight. 

The Rhino operates as per most Airsoft revolvers, requiring a 12g unthreaded CO2 bulb to be installed in the pistol grip, under the faux wood covers. To access the CO2 compartment, simply pull the left grip panel free. Next, insert your CO2 bulb (we recommend adding a small amount of silicone lubricant to the top of the bulb before installing it to help lubricate the internals). With the bulb in place, tighten the screw on the bottom of the grip to pierce it. When replacing the grip panel, ensure you index the "hook" at the top of the grip inside the corresponding hole in the frame to avoid breaking it. 

The cylinder release is on the left side, offset to the left of the hammer for easy access from a firing grip. Press the release, and the cylinder will swing out to the left side, ready to be loaded. Like other shell-fed Airsoft revolvers, a single BB can be loaded into each of the included 6 shells, after which each shell can be inserted into the cylinder.
