This HPA adapter is designed for the Tokyo Marui M4/AR-15 ZET System and the CYMA CGS M4/AR-15 GBBR series, allowing standard AEG mags to be used along with a High Pressure Air (HPA) power source. The set includes both an EU and US HPA connector but you will need an airline, HPA bottle and regulator to run this adapter.
The advantages of using HPA when performance is concerned include the elimination of FPS fluctuation due to the "cooldown" effect, resulting in improved shot-to-shot consistency and improved accuracy down range, especially under rapid fire. If you're already running HPA, you probably have all the bits to make this work already and experience shoulder-thumping recoil through the frosty months!

Those who want to run their GBBR platforms in cold weather, the SP Systems T8 CNC HPA Adapter for M4/AR-15 AEG Magazines; CGS/MWS GBBR is the best way to avoid cooldown and gassing out. This HPA adapter is designed for Tokyo Marui M4/AR-15 ZET system and CGS M4/AR-15 GBBRs, allowing them to feed from standard AEG magazines using High Pressure Air (HPA) as a power source. Naturally, you'll need an HPA bottle, line and regulator to use this, but the set includes both EU and US spec connectors, ready for whichever HPA setup you choose.
HPA use comes with more than a few advantages, including the elimination of FPS fluctuation due to the "cooldown" effect, improved shot-to-shot consistency and improved accuracy down range, especially in full auto. When set up, this HPA adapter will considerably improve consistency and accuracy. Feeding from AEG mags means you get more capacity, too!
A factor to consider when moving to HPA is the increased wear on additional parts due to more frequent shooting than you would typically do with a GBBR. This can shorten the lifespan of GBBRs that haven't been upgraded with HPA use in mind; as such, we only recommend this adapter for those who are prepared for potential parts replacement down the line. Remember, the candle that burns twice as bright burns for half as long!
The adapter itself is made from a combination of alloy and CNC-machined aluminium, with a magazine release on the left side. The gas route bucking is the T8/CGS Enhanced variety made from 70-degree rubber, and the valve knocker is made from steel, providing plenty of strength for repeated impacts of the valve knocker.
With this adapter installed, the only thing you lose is the "bolt-lock" function, but you can still manually lock the bolt to the rear with your "ping pong paddle" bolt release/hold open catch. If you don't want to put your GBBR down when the weather gets frosty, the SP Systems T8 CNC HPA Adapter for M4/AR-15 AEG Magazines; CGS/MWS GBBR is the way to immunise it against cooldown!
