Specna Arms SA-G11 AR36 KeyMod EBB Carbine

Built by Specna Arms as part of their G11 series of AR36 rifles, but this one has a difference. Not only does it have a non-standard KeyMod handguard, but also features an internal electronic blow back system which gives the SA-G11 a slight recoil for enhanced realism.

This rifle is a top quality build, with a body made from high grade polymers just like the real AR36 to keep it lightweight yet durable. The SA-G11 features a polymer receiver, stock and top rail with an alloy outer barrel and hand guard. All the parts come together to make a sturdy and wobble free rifle which feels great in your hands and to shoot.

The top of the SA-G11 features a long carry handle which features integrated iron sights as well as a full length 20mm RIS / RAS rail. The rail allows for a wide variety of Airsoft sights and scopes to be fitted, with 20mm being the most common type of attachment method available. Thanks to the length of the rail you'll be able to attach a wide variety of sights and scopes, including holographic, red dots and even large rifle scopes, with plenty of space left for other attachments.

The rifle comes with a 350 round high capacity magazine which can be loaded with BB from the top, then the wheel wound to charge the magazine. High capacity magazines are favoured over other type of magazines for their large capacity allowing you to play for longer without having to stop to reload. In addition the magazine is constructed of semi-transparent polymer meaning that you can keep an eye on the amount of ammo remaining.

What makes the rifle really stand out from the crowd is the addition of KeyMod hand guard, something rarely seen on a AR36 as a standard part. The hand guard features both top and bottom 20mm RIS / RAS mounts for attaching grips and bipods, as well as upper and lower left and right side key mod panels for attaching more advanced KeyMod attachments such as modern torches, lasers and PEQ boxes. Not only does the hand guard give you the ability to customise the SA-G11, but also looks good whilst doing it.

If you want to take the rifle to the next level you can by removing the flash hider to reveal a 14mm Clockwise (CW) thread. This means you can mount any 14mm CW threaded accessories, or make use of the more common 14mm CCW threaded accessories using a 14mm CW to 14mm CCW thread adapter and rock a tracer or suppressor for a sneaky look, and some CQB intimidation!

The SA-G11 features an adjustable hop-up unit to add range and accuracy to the AEG. The hop-up is adjusted through the mock bolt cover which can be accessed when the charging handle is to the rear, and is radial for more precise hop adjustment. The hop-unit is designed to add spin to the BB as it travels through it using a small rubber contact patch, and as the BB spins it creates an air cushion which makes the shots more stable and travel further. The unit can be adjusted to support a wide range of BB weights, all the way from 0.20g BB up to 0.28g bb.

The rifle itself is fully ambidextrous just like the real thing, making it perfect for both left and right handed shooters. The fire selector, magazine release, and charging handle can all be accessed from either side of the SA-G11. This means that this AR36 AEG is great CQB situations, allowing you to easily transition between shoulders when turning corners allowing you to keep a lower profile.

The rear of the SA-G11 features a folding stock which can be folded down to make the rifle even easier to transport by taking up less space, or for CQB situations if you're that way inclined. The stock also features a rubberised butt plate which is designed to prevent slippage when shouldered. Once the stock is folded the Enter and Convert system can also be accessed, allowing the quick changing of the spring without having to completely strip the AEG.

This rifle is perfect for those Airsoft skirmishers who are looking for a AR36, but have been looking for something a little more unique, with plenty of room for upgrades and accessories.
