Description
The CowCow RM1 guide rod is designed to reduce recoil, bolt bounce and excessive wear and tear on the slide of your Airsoft Hi-capa or 1911 GBB through the use of a dual recoil spring system, instead of the traditional single spring. This has the added benefit that it reduces wear and tear on any optical sight you have mounted and allows for faster follow up shots due to the lessened recoil.
The RM1 comes with 3 options as far as recoil springs go, two of which need to be installed for the guide rod to function. This allows users to tune the recoil feel and slide speed of their pistol to suit their needs and the requirements of the build. The RM1 also comes with an additional guide rod section, intended for Hi-capa 5.1 and 1911 GBB pistols. The rear section of the guide rod can easily be swapped out by unthreading it from the front of the guide rod, which is also how you install your recoil springs of choice.
The RM1 is not all about function, as it also sports the attractive "heat gradation" finish, which is gradually growing in popularity and is sighted on more and more custom Airsoft Hi-Capas by the day. This finish is a rainbow-like effect intended to mimic the colour change which occurs in titanium exhaust pipes as they reach high temperatures. This finish will be visible when the pistol's slide is locked to the rear, and also through the front of the slide, so your enemies get a nice view before setting off back to respawn!
If performance is your goal, or you just want a nice shiny custom styled Hi-capa GBB pistol, the RM1 is a great choice to get you there. The added bonus of the dual spring system is that it will prolong the lifespan of your slide and frame, and give you many more years of shooting fun from your GBB pistol!

Upgrades and Downgrades should only be undertaken by experienced players, or Airsoft Technicians. Please note, changing any internal parts of a weapon voids its warranty unless done in-house by our staff.
Please ensure that when fitting parts the part purchased is the correct part, as once a part has been fitted we cannot accept return.

Unique Parts
Please note that some parts may be unique to a specific brand of weapon. For example: Parts for an ASG M4A1 may not fit an ICS M4A1.
Parts from the same brand typically have a high chance of fitting, though be warned, some replicas use unique parts, so please ensure the part will fit before you attempt to fit it.
