8Fields Tactical Multi-Purpose Split Front Chest Rig

This chest rig has a surprising amount of uses for such a low profile vest. On the front you will find 2 x universal mag pouches that have a gratuitous amount of room to accomodate the fattest of mags. These pouches have bungee retention AND a securing velcro flap to make sure your mags stay seated. 2 x GPS/Radio pouches will be usefull for communication devices, grenades or anything roughly 8x10x6cm - again these are velcro flap secured. Furthermore there is a large and medium sized utility pouch, and a pistol mag pouch for when the heat is really on. The rig is held together by a 16cm zip, which helps reduce pressure on the chest and the feeling of being trapped in your rig - a great benefit to staying focused during skirmish. An alloy clasp fixes across the zip to provide support and make sure the zip isn't decimated should the rig be snagged or pulled hard. Finally, the rig is included with 5 x double magazine inserts (yes, five!) that slot in behind the utility pouches to provide further mag capacity should you wish. As they are a velcro insert, you can opt not to use them to further improve the comfort and ergonomics of this rig.
