The spring is the absolute core of how your AEG works, and is the first thing a lot of people go to when looking to change their output FPS. If you're looking to downgrade your gun (reduce how hard it shoots) then this is a good way to go, however the Spring should ideally be the last thing you change if you're looking to upgrade how hard your RIF shoots. A higher spring will put more strain on the components inside your gearbox, so we would recommend attempting to boost FPS through improving air-seal and other components such as your HOP Units/Rubbers, to increase output power without adding more stress internally.
