AKM
Starting strong with the iconic AKM, the most widely produced AK variant, present in nearly every conflict zone across the world. LCT's replica is made almost entirely from steel and real wood, resulting in a hefty, authentic build which feels just like the real thing.
The wood furniture is made with the same processes as real AK wood, with layered plywood glued together with adhesive and finished with a flawless varnish. The grain is deep and varied, with no imperfections to be found. Even the polymer pistol grip is finished authentically, mimicking real Bakelite polymer but with far more strength.
A fine choice for a generic OPFOR loadout but also suitable for a special forces "deniable operations" loadout, LCT's AKM ticks all the boxes when it comes to authentic details and is packing a Gate ASTER II Bluetooth ETU inside, giving it advanced functionality which its retro looks conceal well.
AK-74
LCT's AK-74 replicates the original AK-74 in its real wood furniture form, first issued to the Soviet Red Army in 1979, during the Soviet-Afghan conflict. The AK-74 shares many features with the AKM, but is chambered in 5.45x39mm, the Soviet analogue for the Western 5.56x45mm round, nicknamed the "poison bullet" due to its small size yet potent ballistics.
Like the AKM, the AK-74 boasts a thick stamped steel receiver and phenomenal-quality real wood furniture and a flawless finish which makes it hard to distinguish from the real thing. No easily scratched paint or splintery wood here, only authentically finished steel and layered plywood, as any proper AK-74 replica deserves.
As with all of LCT's AK lineup, the AK-74 is equipped with the advanced Gate ASTER II Bluetooth ETU, working in tandem with its version 3 gearbox and 22K high-torque motor. Our batch also features LCT's new AK rotary HOP-up unit, improving over the legacy slider HOP-up unit in its improved setting retention.
AKS-74UN
Known as the "Sucha" for Russians and the "Krinkov" for Americans, the AKS-74UN was originally designed as a personal defence platform for Soviet tank crews but was also capable of being paired with the PBS-4 suppressor and BS-1 Tishina suppressed grenade launcher when used by Spetsnaz troops.
Being an LCT, the AKS-74UN features a full steel build with a beautiful real wood handguard, authentic finish and a fantastic quality faux-Bakelite grip. Its steel side folding stock is as solid as a rock, a far cry from cheaper options, which tend to wobble in the folded position.
As we might expect by this point, the AKS-74UN features the Gate ASTER II Bluetooth ETU, the new rotary HOP-up design and a rock-solid V3 gearbox with a CNC POM piston with a steel tooth rack, 18:1 CNC steel gears running on 9mm ball-bearing bushings and a quick-change spring system so you can tune power to perfection with ease.
TX-S74UN
If you like the AKS-74UN but prefer to deck it out with Western accessories, the TX-S74UN is the one to choose. Inspired by US Civilian tactical Krinkov builds, the TX-S74UN replaces the wood handguard of the AKS-74UN with a CNC aluminium quad-20 mm Picatinny-railed example, ready to be kitted out.
At the risk of sounding like a stuck record, the TX-S74UN boasts a stunning steel build, with a receiver and top cover made from far thicker-gauge steel than other manufacturers. On the left side, we are treated to an AK-type side rail, ready to rock with a Russian-style AK optic or a 20mm Picatinny rail mount.
Inside, this miniature menace rocks the same high-end internal features as LCT's other AKs, including the ASTER II Bluetooth ETU, the new rotary HOP-up system, the potent 22K RPM high-torque motor, and LCT's proven V3 gearbox setup. Pair this with an Artisan VR Fast Suppressor and a Micro red dot, and you've got a beast of a US Civy Krinkov build!
AK-74M 2.0
The first of LCT's AK 2.0 line, the AK-74M is inspired by the modernised AK-74, which entered Russian Army service in 1991. The AK-74M standardised the AK-type optics rail and replaced the wooden furniture with modern polymer components, reducing maintenance requirements and production costs.
The AK-74M 2.0 boasts a realistic-sized receiver, shorter than the usual AK AEG to provide more realistic proportions like the long out-of-production Real Sword Type 56. This means the standard version 3 gearbox has been replaced with a Real Sword-style gearbox, a shorter version of the original V3 which takes V2/3-spec gearsets and standard-length AEG pistons.
The pre-installed internals are the best LCT offers currently, with the Gate ASTER II Bluetooth ETU acting as the brain, and a powerful 35K RPM brushless motor providing a stunning trigger response and impressive rate of fire. Many of the compression parts are CNC machined from aluminium, and the quick-change spring guide is made from steel, mounted on ball bearings for reduced friction.
MK-74
If you prefer your AKs dressed for 21st-century warfare, the MK-74 has you covered. Equipped with a 20mm Picatinny railed gas tube cover and receiver top cover along with an AK-19 inspired stock and a SureShot-style M-LOK handguard, this AK-74 is ready to go toe-to-toe with SCARs and ACRs, with the menacing aggression only an AK build provides.
Like LCT's less cutting-edge AK designs, the MK-74 features steel construction everywhere it should, with a thick stamped steel receiver and hefty steel outer barrel. The railed top cover is CNC machined from aluminium and the PPK-20-style pistol grip assembly with integral trigger guard is made from rock-solid fibre-reinforced polymer, as is the advanced AK-19 stock.
Naturally, the Gate ASTER II Bluetooth ETU is also pre-installed in the MK-74, along with LCT's proven version 3 gearbox setup with 18:1 CNC steel gears running on 9mm bushings. The new highly effective rotary HOP-up unit is also inside, paired with a tightbore barrel for superb long-range performance.
MPi-AKS-74NK
The real steel MPi-AKS-74NK is manufactured in the former East Germany (DDR), one of the rarest AK variants on the planet and well sought-after by collectors. LCT's replica uses modern polymers for the handguard and pistol grip, making them far stronger than the original Bakelite polymer with the same glossy finish and authentic burgundy-brown colour.
As we would expect, this build is made almost entirely from stunning steel, with the combination front sight/gas block assembly authentically replicated, along with the unique MPi-K flash hider and folding "wire hanger" stock. This stock was favoured by PMCs when used on Romanian AIMS rifles thanks to its compact, minimalist design and fast, easy deployment.
Inside, the Gate ASTER II Bluetooth ETU is present, paired with LCT's V3 gearbox, 22K RPM high-torque motor, a 6.03mm tightbore inner barrel and the new rotary HOP-up unit. While this AK is one for the collectors, it's always nice to see that it can cut it on the field as a bonus!
PP-19-01 Vityaz-SN Zco Custom
A seriously aggressive-looking build bristling with cutting-edge Russian-inspired parts, the PP-19-01 is the Russian equivalent of the MP5, designed for close-quarters, counter-terrorist operations and law enforcement use. While it looks like an AK, the Vityaz uses a simpler internal system but still shares a high degree of parts commonality with the standard-issue AK-74.
LCT's replica is kitted out with superb replicas of Zco furniture, including the B21M handguard, B19 upper handguard and PT-1 multi-adjustable stock. The handguards boast 20mm Picatinny rails on all sides, ready to be kitted out, and the PT-1 stock provides adjustable length, cheek riser height and butt plate height, along with side-folding functionality.
Like its bigger brothers, the PP-19-01 is equipped with a V3 gearbox featuring 18:1 CNC steel gears running on 9mm bushings, a CNC POM piston with a steel tooth rack, a steel quick-change spring guide with friction-reducing ball bearings built in, and of course, the Gate ASTER II Bluetooth ETU, the benchmark of a premium build.
LKR-9 KP-9 SMG
The LKR-9 is inspired by the US version of the Vityaz, manufactured by Kalashnikov USA and known as the KP-9 or KR-9. These builds are intended to bring the in-demand yet heavily restricted Vityaz to the American civilian audience in real steel form, but in Airsoft terms, this is a Westernised PP-19-01, ready to be kitted out.
Up front, we have a 20mm Picatinny railed handguard, ready for a foregrip, flashlight or laser. The receiver top cover features a 20mm Picatinny rail, ready for your choice of optical sight. At the rear, we're even treated to a 1913/20mm Picatinny interface, ready for the latest MCX and MPX-style stocks which can be swapped in seconds to suit the mission.
Of course, the LKR-9 is a near-full-steel build, and despite its size, you can definitely feel its presence in the hand. Inside, we're rocking the same potent internal parts as LCT's other AKs, from the Gate ASTER II Bluetooth ETU to the new rotary HOP-up unit and proven version 3 gearbox designed for low-friction and long-term durability.
RPK-16 LMG
The LMG complement to the cutting-edge AK-12, the RPK-16 builds on the original RPK reinforced receiver and heavy barrel profile, adding 20mm Picatinny rails for accessories, a side folding stock and a new "assault rifle" barrel length, replicated perfectly by LCT.
A seriously hefty piece of steel, aluminium and fibre-reinforced polymer, the RPK-16 is supplied with an AK-12-style mid-cap mag and a 2000-round electric-wound drum magazine, ready for support gunner duty. Its folding stock makes it easy to store, and its relatively short 14.6-inch barrel makes it suitable for CQB if you're the type who doesn't shy away from a workout.
With LCT's solid V3 gearbox setup, the new rotary HOP-up unit, a tightbore barrel and the Gate ASTER II Bluetooth on board, this is one of the most well-equipped LMG platforms on the market, with no compromises made when it comes to an authentic external build. The inclusion of the drum magazine is simply the icing on the cake!
VSS Vintorez
The VSS Vintorez is one of the most unique, iconic designs from the Soviet era; designed as a select-fire sniper rifle for Spetsnaz troops and intended to be capable of penetrating 80s-era NATO body armour at ranges of up to 400 meters. The obvious stand-out feature is its integral suppressor, which significantly reduces muzzle report, similarly to the MP5 SD.
Like the Dragunov SVD, the VSS influenced Western precision rifle development significantly, leading to requirements for quick-detachable suppressors for US M24A2 SWS rifles and later, the M110 SASS. While it looks AK-derived, the VSS differs in terms of controls, with a safety lever in the usual spot and a separate fire selector behind the trigger.
Like its AK lineup, the LCT VSS is as realistic as it comes, made predominantly from steel with a stunning layered plywood stock. Inside, we have a unique gearbox design with CNC compression parts, a 22K high-torque motor and 18:1 CNC steel gears running on 9mm bushings. The gearbox isn't a standard V3, but this is essential to make this the most dimensionally accurate VSS on the market, a big edge over the CYMA and King Arms versions in terms of realism.
AS VAL
The AS VAL is the assault rifle counterpart to the VSS, designed to be used at closer ranges, using a specialised armour-penetrating 7N9 cartridge with a steel or tungsten core. The primary difference between the AS and the VSS is barrel optimisation; the VSS is designed for accurate fire at longer ranges while the VAL is optimised for sustained fire.
The VAL traces its origins back to the shootdown of a U2 spy aircraft piloted by Gary Powers in 1960, an event which shook the world at the height of the Cold War. Powers was captured along with his suppressed survival handgun, which impressed Soviet designers and later led to the development of a range of suppressed weapons, of which the VAL was one.
LCT's VAL is the top-tier majority-steel build we all expect, with authentic plum-coloured furniture and dimensional accuracy not rivalled by any other Airsoft manufacturer. The internals are the same as the VSS Vintorez, a solid setup designed for long-term durability and reduced friction, built around a unique gearbox shell to keep the dimensions as close to the real steel as possible.
LK-53 Series
LCT's LK-53 series is living proof its talents extend far beyond AK platforms! Inspired by the real steel HK53, once issued to the British Army, Royal Marines and SAS as the L101A1, this stunner of a full steel build is heavier than you might expect if you're used to polymer or cast-alloy alternatives.
The LK-53 is offered in 3 variants: the A3, the best stand-in for the L101A1, the A2, benefitting from a larger battery compartment in its fixed stock, and the M-LOK variant, equipped with a modern M-LOK handguard for accessories and the modular 1913 stock interface. The receivers are stamped the same way as the real thing, and the cocking tubes are welded on, meaning the HK slap is a go with these ultra-robust builds.
Inside, the LK-53 series all boast CNC aluminium compression group components, CNC steel gears, a 22K RPM high-torque motor and a standard version 2-based gearbox design, ready for the upgrade fiends. The A3 and M-LOK versions are also rocking the Gate ASTER II Bluetooth ETU, adding a sprinkle of advanced functionality to this old-school cool build.
M60E4 / MK43 MOD 0 Machine Gun
LCT's M60E4 is a real stunner of a full metal build, available in either aluminium or super-heavy steel versions. The 6061 aluminium version tips the scales at an impressive 5.8KG, and the steel version weighs a mountainous 8.6KG, more than double the weight of a decked-out M4!
The real M60E4 is a modernised variant of the original M60 "Pig" of the Vietnam era, designed to allow improved hip and shoulder fire potential with its integrated front grip. In this configuration, the M60E4 served with the US Navy SEALs as the "MK43 MOD 0", loved for its low weight, powerful cartridge and vastly improved reliability compared to previous M60 variants.
LCT's M60E4 is remarkably well equipped inside, ready to rock in the sustained fire role. The gearbox shell is a unique design, equipped with 18:1 steel gears running on 8mm ball bearing bushings, CNC aluminium piston and cylinder heads, an in-line MOSFET to enhance electrical efficiency and a rapid 26700 RPM high-speed motor. The HOP-up unit is CNC machined from aluminium, paired with a 6.05mm tightbore inner barrel for superb accuracy.
On the outside, the M60E4 is absolutely incredible, a massive improvement over the A&K version in terms of strength, finish quality and materials. The steel version is just that, pure steel, with the exception being the polymer handguard, grip assembly and stock.
The 6061 aluminium version is still packed with realistic steel parts, but has a more merciful yet equally well-finished aluminium outer barrel and receiver, ideal for those, like many of us, who don't lift anything other than their guns!
LCT still rises to the top when it comes to realism and authenticity. While some aren't yet ready to step up to a full-steel build, LCT is ready for those skirmishers seeking the most genuine battlefield experience, including the aches and pains at the end of the day.
