By default, the Modular Suppressor V1 mounts to 16mm CW male threads, making it perfect for MK23s, but also includes a 14mm CCW adapter which allows it to mount to most Airsoft AEGs, including the SSR9 DSG, SSR4 and other Novritsch AEGs. Inside, you'll find acoustic foam "baffles", intended to absorb the sound emitted from the muzzle and make your firing position harder to locate. 

On an AEG, this does make a slight difference, but on a MK23 the difference is staggering, turning the "crack" from the muzzle into a barely discernable dull "thud", ideal for sneaky snipers and others who appreciate the in-built discretion of the MK23/SSX23 platform. The flash hider mounts to 14mm CCW male barrel threads, making it suitable for almost every Airsoft AEG or GBBR.

The Resistance 22M is available in either Tracer or Non-Tracer versions, both of which use the same flawlessly machined 6061 aluminium alloy body. Licenced Griffin Armament® trademarks are present on the suppressor body and are immaculately laser engraved, only differing from the real thing slightly due to the terms of PTS's licence agreement.

The tracer version includes a pre-installed tracer module which is accessible by unscrewing the front cap of the suppressor. Inside, you'll find the USB Type-C charging port on the front of the module and the activation button on the rear. A USB Type-C cable is also included in the set, just in case you don't have loads lying around already! As with all tracer units with internal rechargeable batteries, we recommend recharging the unit every 2 months regardless of usage to maintain battery health.

Other than its easy and quick removal, the advantage of the Taper Mount Kit is its ability to be converted into a Blast Shield using the included threaded ring. Simply unscrew the front of the suppressor body and replace it with the ring and you've got yourself a Griffin Taper Mount Minimalist Blast Shield!
