Description

Another addition to the COLT Railgun 1911 series however this one is none blowback, which means there is no reciprocating slide / slide action involved in chambering a round or cycling & as such the use of the gun is much simpler & straight forward, but with this comes the FPS of 430, unfortunately making it none-site legal. The trigger also needs to be fully reset before each shot, otherwise the hammer will not engage & you will feel no resistance.

The gun features all of the classic 1911 Railgun attributes such as the beavertail style safety, trigger lock thumb safety, 20mm rail for adding tactical accessories such as torches / lasers, white dot style iron sights & the modern slide serrations & engravings. The pistol grip is a diamond style cut faux wood which makes for a nice grip no matter the contact surface be it gloves or bare hand & of course housed inside the pistol grip is the Co2 mag well. The gun is finished off in a lovely washed gun metal grey paintjob with a black lower receiver, which is a nice subtle touch of duotone & allows the markings "Government Model COLT Automatic CALIBER 45" to be read clearly.

Overall this is an excellent choice for someone who is simply looking to train their aim at home or at a range & doesn't want to deal with the maintenance of a full Blowback pistol.

These table can be used as a reference to see if the BB weight you are using will be over acceptable Joulage limits at some Airsoft Sites in the UK. To check if the weight can be used chrono your weapon using the BB you intend to use, and then compare it to the chart.

FPS, Power and Joule Limits can vary from site to site, so please get in touch with where you're going to play with in advance to avoid disappointment.

Suggested limits are based on Joulage Limit rules used Halo Mill: Proving Grounds, with a 350fps limit for Automatic Replicas, 400fps for Semi-Automatic Replicas, and 500fps for Bolt Action Replicas.
