The HASTA Hammer Hybrid Free Float is the perfect handguard for those who want to make use of M-LOK grips and rail covers but still like their flashlights and other kit fitted to the good old 20mm Picatinny rail. As a hybrid rail system, the Hammer gives you the best of both worlds; with an ultra-slim central profile equipped with M-LOK slots and short 20mm Picatinny sections built-in at the front and rear, ideal for sling points, bipods, tactical flashlights and laser aiming modules.
The slimmed-down central section also makes the perfect place to grip the handguard if you prefer the modern C-clamp grip style, matching rival rail systems with their ergonomic, ultra-slim profile. To compensate for the presence of 20mm Picatinny rails, the Hammer is adorned with oblong weight-reducing vent ports, keeping the weight low for an agile and pointable front end.
To install the Hammer Hybrid Free Float, you will need an M4/AR-15 Armourers' wrench or barrel nut tool. The handguard is supplied with an aluminium barrel nut pre-installed, keeping with the theme of saving weight while providing ample strength for Airsoft purposes. If your AR could use a style-up and you like to mix M-LOK and 20mm accessories, the Hammer Hybrid is the handguard you need!

Description
The HASTA Hammer Hybrid is ideal for those who want a mix of M-LOK and 20mm Picatinny accessories while avoiding 20mm rail adapters which tend to loosen up over time. The Hammer is constructed from CNC machined aluminium and is a free float rail, meaning it doesn't make contact with the barrel and any force applied will not translate into reduced accuracy.
Up top, the Hammer Hybrid is equipped with a 20mm Picatinny rail which should mate with your receiver rail seamlessly, extending your optics mounting surface to allow for larger optical sights and various other mission essentials. At the 3, 6, and 9 o'clock positions, we are treated to a mix of M-LOK and 20mm Picatinny attachment interfaces, with 20mm at the front and rear and M-LOK in the centre.
The central section is reduced in profile to allow for modern C-clamp gripping techniques, allowing for the latest M-LOK hand stops, grips or rail covers to be added. The 20mm rails at the front are ideal for a bipod, tactical flashlight or laser aiming module, benefitting from being built-in as these rails will never loosen up over time. The rear rail sections are in the perfect spot for a sling point but could also be useful for adding GoPro or other action camera mounts.
The Hammer requires an M4/AR-15 Armourers' Wrench or barrel nut tool to install and is packaged with an aluminium barrel nut which is compatible with the vast majority of M4/AR-15 AEG and GBBRs. If you want the perfect hybrid of rock-solid and reliable 20mm Picatinny interfaces and weight-reducing, modern M-LOK slots, the Hammer is ideal for your build!
