Description
The HASTA SLP Free Float M-LOK Handguard for M4/AR-15 is constructed from CNC machined aluminium and includes an aluminium barrel nut to keep things lightweight along with steel mounting bolts for added strength where needed. The handguard is available in 4 length options, with 7" and 9" for CQB builds and 10" and 12" for those who want something a little longer.
The handguard is designed primarily as an M-LOK attachment interface, boasting M-LOK slots at the 3, 6, 9 and 12 o'clock positions, with plenty of room to mount any mission essential equipment you need. At the front and rear, we also have short sections of 20mm Picatinny rail. The foremost 20mm section is designed for a flip-up iron sight but can also be used to mount a laser or tactical flashlight, and the rear section is intended to extend your receiver rail and allow for larger optical sights or red dot sights combined with magnifiers to be mounted.
The sides of the handguard have a comfortable ergonomic profile, so even if you don't want to dress the SLP up with accessories and rail covers you'll find the system comfortable to use when slick. The SLP is also equipped with QD sling sockets on either side, with a pair at the front of the handguard and a pair at the rear to give you plenty of sling mounting options with the addition of QD sling swivels.
