Introducing the Lancer Tactical Proline series, an expansion of the Lancer Tactical range featuring durable metal receivers and rail systems with the usual high-quality lancer internals, including a Rotary HOP chamber and a 6.03mm tight bore inner barrel. Whether you are new to the sport or a veteran skirmisher looking for something you'll never have to mess with, the LT-24 Proline will suit your needs!

Full description

Description

The Lancer Tactical Proline AEG series is Lancers offering to regular skirmishers and new players looking for the heightened realism of a full metal M4/AR15 with an extensive list of internal upgrades pre-installed. The LT-24 comes in the form of an 11" outer barrelled carbine, with an 8" URX style rail system with a mix of Picatinny rails and low profile URX attachment points.

Starting at the tip we can find an alloy birdcage flash hider which attaches to the 14mm CCW male threads at the tip of the alloy 11 inch outer barrel. The birdcage provides a no-frills military look, but can be swapped out for other muzzle devices such as Tracers, Suppressors and alternative flash hiders for a different style. Moving rearwards, we can find a low profile dummy gas block which is partially recessed into the URX handguard. This part provides no function but is essential for realism, and connects to a realistic looking gas tube which runs back into the receiver, as it would on a real AR15. The URX handguard provides a full length picatinny rail across its upper surface, which meets the receiver rail seamlessly, providing a long uninterrupted rail surface capable of mounting even the longest optical sights or RDS and magnifier combos. The URX also provides three small picatinny rails at the front end, at the 3, 6 and 9 o'clock positions, providing room for tactical flashlights and PEQ boxes to be added, should it suit the mission. Between the short rails and receiver, the handguard features mounting points for URX compatible rails, should you need any more rail space than is provided. Where the handguard meets the receiver we can find a QD sling socket on either side which can be used with a 2 point sling setup.

The receiver itself, as with all of the Lancer Tactical Proline AEGs, is constructed from alloy which has been finished in smooth matt black. On the right side of the receiver we can find the magazine release, which features texturing to ensure your finger doesn't slip off at a critical moment. Above the magazine release we can find the dust cover, which can be opened by pulling the extended charging handle, found at the top rear of the receiver. Pulling the charging handle back reveals the rotary HOP chamber, hidden behind a detailed mock bolt carrier. This HOP chamber design is one of the most cutting edge upgrades for M4/AR15 platform AEGs, which usually use a gear adjustable unit. The rotary design more effectively retains its setting under the vibration of firing and can be adjusted in finer increments, ensuring you get the best range and accuracy possible from the LT-24. The left side of the receiver features all the AR15 style controls one might expect, including the three position fire selector, providing SAFE, SEMI and AUTO firing modes. The selector switch has a 90 degree throw between fire modes and clicks positively into place in each setting. At the middle of the left side we can find the mock bolt catch, which is not functional but is nonetheless a nice feature for realism. The pistol grip of the LT-24 is a TD style grip, with texture on the left and right sides for additional grip. This grip design is very comfortable, particularly for those with smaller hands or those who wear gloves. The trigger guard is an enlarged design, with a bulge at the front allowing for fast access to the LT-24's straight trigger. The straight trigger provides a touch of style to the LT-24, and allows for extremely quick double taps on Semi-automatic. The front surface of the trigger is textured allowing it to be pressed extremely quickly without the possibility of slipping off the trigger.

At the rear of the LT-24 we can find an AR15 6 position alloy buffer tube, which mounts a crane style battery stock. Between the buffer tube and receiver the LT-24 provides an ambidextrous CQD style sling plate, which can be used with single point "hook" style slings. The sling plate is made from steel, providing extra strength where needed and ensuring you can single point sling the LT-24 with confidence. The crane stock itself is constructed from high quality polymer, and features sling slots and a QD sling socket on either side, allowing the LT-24 to be used with 2 point slings, should a single point not suit your play style. To install the battery in the LT-24 simply squeeze the two tabs at the toe of the stock together, and pull the butt plate off. The battery compartment is within the two tubes at either side of the buffer tube, or within the buffer tube itself. The battery connector on the LT-24 is a Mini-Tamiya connector, allowing commonly available batteries to be used. We recommend a 9.6V 1600mAh NiMH battery or a 7.4V 1450mAh LiPo battery for this AEG for the best combination of performance and longevity.

Inside the LT-24 we have quite the list, looks like an internal upgrades shopping list from a few years ago! With a 6.03mm Tightbore, Rotary HOP Unit and 50 Degree Bucking, the LT-24 will achieve excellent consistency when the HOP is set for the correct BB weight. Inside the reinforced version 2 Gearbox there are 18:1 steel gears, coupled with a high torque motor, and steel rack piston. The inner surface of the cylinder has been anodised, reducing friction and stress on the gearbox internals and raising the rate of fire.

If you are in the market for a full metal M4/AR15 platform but don't fancy upgrading the internals to compete in the field, the LT-24 provides all you will need in a compact, full metal package which can reach out, despite its size!

    Special Instructions

These table can be used as a reference to see if the BB weight you are using will be over acceptable Joulage limits at some Airsoft Sites in the UK. To check if the weight can be used chrono your weapon using the BB you intend to use, and then compare it to the chart.

FPS, Power and Joule Limits can vary from site to site, so please get in touch with where you're going to play with in advance to avoid disappointment.

Suggested limits are based on Joulage Limit rules used Halo Mill: Proving Grounds, with a 350fps limit for Automatic Replicas, 400fps for Semi-Automatic Replicas, and 500fps for Bolt Action Replicas.

Tap the tabs below to open the relevant chart for your replica.

Suggested limits are based on Joulage Limit rules used Halo Mill: Proving Grounds, and is the equivalent of 350fps, using 0.20g BB resulting in an upper limit of 1.14j.
