Description

Popularised by its use in the first Vietnam war by US forces, and designed between 1953-1960, the M79 grenade launcher was made to be more portable, as well as a replacement for the traditional mortar, with some infantrymen opting to shorten the barrel to make a more compact version for personal use. This Airsoft Replica has been created by NUPROL, not only giving 40MM MOSCART users a wider selection to choose from, but allows Airsofters in general to get their hands on a hugely iconic weapon.

The launcher features a heavy duty construction, with a full metal body, and is beautifully finished with a Real Wood Sawn-off Stock and Front Grip. The weapon is also highly detailed, with accurate branding on the bottom of the weapon, and even retains a number of features seen on the real weapon, such as a folding trigger guard to give users with thick gloves to easy access.

This launcher is perfect for those Airsoft Skirmishers who are looking for something a little different to add to their arsenal, for those who are Vietnam reenactors, those doing a modern Special Forces Loadout, or even for those Airsoft Skirmishers who want to have their own little bit of history.

These table can be used as a reference to see if the BB weight you are using will be over acceptable Joulage limits at some Airsoft Sites in the UK. To check if the weight can be used chrono your weapon using the BB you intend to use, and then compare it to the chart.

FPS, Power and Joule Limits can vary from site to site, so please get in touch with where you're going to play with in advance to avoid disappointment.

Suggested limits are based on Joulage Limit rules used Halo Mill: Proving Grounds, with a 350fps limit for Automatic Replicas, 400fps for Semi-Automatic Replicas, and 500fps for Bolt Action Replicas.
