This electric powered Airsoft SR15 platform rifle is the combination of the latest gearbox technology from G&G, their reputable long-life build quality and a fully licensed design from Knight's Armament Corporation, who have been in the business of manufacturing firearms for Military, Law Enforcement and Civilian use since 1982.

The G&G G2 gearbox is the cutting edge of Airsoft technology and offers a tonne of features which would cost a fortune in competing models. The entire gearbox shell has been reinforced to ensure strength and longer life, the included magazine will interrupt the gearbox when it is empty, and will also detect when there is no magazine installed to reduce dry-firing and potential damage. The gearbox also features a quick change spring, which makes adjusting the output power of the AEG as easy as removing the gearbox, and means you don't need to go through a painful disassembly process to increase/decrease the power of this replica.

As with all of G&G's latest offerings, the SR15 E3 features their new MOSFET which is 50% smaller than previously and has exactly the same features. Not only does it allow you to run 11.1v LiPo batteries for insane trigger response and high rates of fire, but has audible and visible low battery and jammed motor warnings to make the user aware when there are issues, and to reduce further damage. The Electronic Trigger Unit provides a soft and purposeful trigger pull, but can also be reprogrammed in seconds to provide three or five round burst on your auto setting. Simply hold the trigger down in single shot for ten seconds, and your automatic setting will be changed to three round burst. To activate five round burst, change the fire selector from single to automatic five times. Hold the trigger in single for ten seconds to reset to automatic. A confirmation sound should be heard when a setting is changed.

Externally, this rifle features a rock solid construction with high quality CNC machined Aluminium and Alloys, and is a testament to the abilities of G&G to create a rigid platform. At the end of the barrel assembly, a 14mm CCW thread awaits your suppressors and other muzzle devices, hidden away underneath a gorgeous AAC style flash hider which has indents for a quick release suppressor. The handguard is a CNC machined Aluminium design which has M-LOK slots, a full-length top 20mm RIS rail as well as QD sling sockets on both sides to quick attach or remove a sling. The receiver is also a full Alloy construction and features a top 20mm rail for optics with a set of flip-up ironsights, as well as ambidextrous controls and Knight's Armament trademarks and other accurate markings. The receiver features ambidextrous controls for the fire selector, magazine release and even the sling plate, which is a QD design offering sockets on either side of the rifle. This makes it great for both left and right handed players. The rear of the rifle is fitted with a six position sliding Crane Stock which is where you battery can be connected to the Mini-Tamiya connector, offering ample space for a Crane Stock style battery, or maybe even a stick if you're good at battery placement.
